1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

Officeshark.® is a trading name/brand operated by Black Power General Trading L.L.C.

The Site provides an online marketplace for the following goods, products, and/or services: consumer electronics, computer components, accessories, stationery, office supplies, and other products (the “Marketplace Offerings”).

By accessing the Site and/or the Marketplace Offerings, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
