This Privacy Policy explains how Black Power General Trading LLC, trading under the registered brand name OfficeShark® (“OfficeShark®”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal information when you access or use www.officeshark.ae, place an order, create an account, communicate with us, visit our stores or otherwise use our products and services.

Payment Information

Electronic payments may be processed directly by authorised payment service providers. OfficeShark® may receive limited transaction information such as payment status and transaction reference. We do not intentionally store complete card security codes or other payment credentials that should remain with the payment processor.

For Cash on Delivery (“COD”) orders, we process information such as your name, telephone number, delivery address and order details so that we can fulfil and deliver your purchase.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Website, we may automatically collect IP address, browser and device information, operating system, language, referring URL, pages and products viewed, search and cart activity, date and time of visits, approximate location derived from IP address, Website interaction, diagnostics and performance information.

16. Business Customers

Where a purchase is made on behalf of a company, OfficeShark® may process business contact information, company name, billing information, VAT/TRN details, purchase orders, delivery locations and transaction history. If you provide information relating to another employee, representative or delivery recipient, you should ensure you are permitted to provide that information for the relevant transaction.

If we become aware of a personal-data security incident, we will assess it and take reasonable steps to contain and investigate the incident, reduce potential harm, secure affected systems and comply with applicable notification or reporting obligations.
