Customers can track their shipments through the service providers’ tracking systems for a more accurate delivery time frame. Upon shipment of the order, the customer receives the tracking information including the tracking number of the shipment to track with the shipping service provider.

Delivery within UAE

UAE orders are delivered on the same day, or at maximum the next working day.

Residents of Dubai have an option of “Super Express Delivery” where they receive their order within Dubai in 1-5 hours only!
There may be a delay of 1-2 days if the requested item is out of stock.
This applies to shipments with a maximum weight of 30kg and with dimensions not exceeding 12cm x 12cm x 12cm.

International shipping (outside UAE)

We have partnered with DHL and SMSA to handle international shipments to our customers across GCC Region.

GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar) – SMSA (Economy) – 4-8 Days delivery time

International – DHL (Express) – 2-6 Days delivery time
