The Eagle T240 binds documents in adhesive-lined thermal covers, creating a continuous spine without punching holes or fitting combs. Its 315 mm binding length and 60 mm maximum binding thickness suit a range of document sizes. Select a 60, 120 or 180-second cycle to suit the cover and its instructions, then use the built-in cooling stand before handling the finished document.

Choosing thermal covers
Match the cover spine to the thickness of the complete document, including its covers. The 60 mm rating is a thickness limit, not a guaranteed sheet count: paper weight and cover material affect capacity. Comb and wire supplies are not substitutes for thermal covers.
